目的:研究脑源性神经生长因子(BDNF)及降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)在支气管哮喘(简称哮喘)大鼠肺内的表达和布地奈德的干预作用。方法清洁级SD大鼠45只随机分为对照组、哮喘组和干预组。观察各组大鼠肺组织病理改变,应用免疫组织化学方法观察BDNF和CGRP的表达。结果 BDNF及CGRP在哮喘组的表达明显高于对照组,且与气道壁厚度呈正相关,应用布地奈德干预后则明显降低。结论 BDNF及CGRP参与了哮喘的发病过程,而布地奈德可以降低二者在哮喘大鼠肺内的表达。

목적:연구뇌원성신경생장인자(BDNF)급강개소기인상관태(CGRP)재지기관효천(간칭효천)대서폐내적표체화포지내덕적간예작용。방법청길급SD대서45지수궤분위대조조、효천조화간예조。관찰각조대서폐조직병리개변,응용면역조직화학방법관찰BDNF화CGRP적표체。결과 BDNF급CGRP재효천조적표체명현고우대조조,차여기도벽후도정정상관,응용포지내덕간예후칙명현강저。결론 BDNF급CGRP삼여료효천적발병과정,이포지내덕가이강저이자재효천대서폐내적표체。
Objective Studying the expression of brain‐derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) and calcitonin gene‐related peptide (CGRP) in the lung of bronchial asthma (asthma) rats and the intervention effect of budesonide .Methods Forty‐five SD rats were divided randomly into control group asthma group and intervene group .Observing pathologic change of lung tissues of each group ,the expression of BDNF and CGRP were measured by immunohistochemical method .Results The expression of BDNF and CGRP in asthma group were higher than that of control group ,also had positive relative with airway wall thickness ,the expression of BDNF and CGRP were significantly reduced by budesonide .Conclusions BDNF and CGRP participate in the pathogenesis of asthma ,budesonide can reduce their expression in the lung of asthma rats .
