目的研究大黄饮片粒度改变对疗效的影响。方法制备大黄传统饮片、大黄煮散颗粒及其相应浓度浓缩液,500只实验级健康昆明小鼠应用不同浓度浓缩液对胃排空及肠推进功能、消旋山莨菪碱引发便秘、二甲苯引发耳肿胀、热刺激引发甩尾反应的影响。结果各组小鼠应用消旋山莨菪碱能够导致首次排便的时间缩短,并且6h排便的重量、粒数均有增加,其中大黄传统饮片各组、高中剂量大黄煮散颗粒组均可使首次排便的时间、6h排便的重量、粒数改善,而低剂量大黄煮散颗粒组作用不明显。高剂量大黄煮散颗粒组与大黄传统饮片各组相较,首次排便的时间更短(<0.05),中剂量大黄煮散颗粒组与大黄传统饮片各组相较,排便粒数更多(<0.05)。大黄传统饮片各组、高剂量煮散颗粒组与空白对照组相较,均可提高肠推进及胃排空速率(<0.05),但低剂量煮散颗粒组无明显作用(>0.05)。高、中剂量大黄煮散颗粒组较大黄饮片各组肠推进的速率更高(<0.05)。二甲苯引发小鼠出现耳炎性水肿,多为重量增加。大黄传统饮片各组、高剂量大黄煮散颗粒组均具有较高的抑制效果,但相较不具统计学意义(>0.05)。大黄传统饮片各组、大黄煮散颗粒各组的基础痛域值与同时点的空白对照组相较,均不具有明显的镇痛效果(>0.05)。结论大黄煮散颗粒不仅具备泻下、促胃肠运动及抗炎功效,而且优于大黄饮片,进一步印证了饮片粒度越小,表面积越大,效果发挥的就越显著。

Objective To study the ef ect of rhubarb on the ef ect of particle size change. Methods Preparation of rhubarb rhubarb traditional decoction, boiled powder particles and the cor esponding concentration of concentrated liquid, 500 experimental healthy Kunming mice by dif erent concentrations of concentrated liquid propulsion, Raceanisodamine on gastric emptying and intestinal cause constipation, xylene induced ear swel ing, thermal y stimulated ef ect of initiator jilt tail reaction. Results The mice used racemic anisodamine can lead to shorten the time of first defecation, defecation and 6h weight, grain number increased, rhubarb, rhubarb group of high dose of traditional decoction boiled powder particle groups can make the first defecation time, 6h weight, grain number of defecation improvement, and low doses of rhubarb boiled powder particle group the ef ect is not significant. High dose group and rhubarb rhubarb boiled powder particles of traditional decoction groups compared with the first defecation time, shorter ( <0.05), middle dose group and rhubarb rhubarb boiled powder particles compared to traditional decoction group, feces number more ( <0.05). In each group, high dose of rhubarb and traditional herbs boiling granule group and blank control group in comparison, and gastric emptying rate can improve the intestinal propulsion ( <0.05), but low dose boiled powder particle group had no significant ef ect ( >0.05). High, middle dose rhubarb cook rate of particulate rhubarb intestinal propulsion group than groups were higher ( <0.05). Induced mice showed inflammatory edema of ear dimethylbenzene, more for the increase in weight. The inhibitory ef ect of traditional decoction group, high dose of rhubarb rhubarb boiled powder particle group are higher than, but not statistical y significant ( >0.05). Basic pain threshold of rhubarb, rhubarb cook traditional decoction groups scat ered particles each blank value and at the same time point of the control group were compared, does not have the obvious analgesic ef ect ( > 0.05). Conclusion Rhubarb boiled powder particles not only have diar hea, gastrointestinal movement and anti-inflammatory ef ect, which is bet er than Rhubarb decoction pieces, further confirms the smal er the particle size, the larger the surface area, the more significant the ef ect of play.
