油田回注水中的二价铁离子会降低部分水解聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)的黏度。采用化学氧化法去除油田污水中Fe2+,试验了双氧水、次氯酸钠和高锰酸钾对Fe2+的去除效果,并考察了Fe2+去除后HPAM黏度的恢复情况。实验表明,3种氧化剂皆能快速去除油田污水中的Fe2+,并有效改善Fe2+造成的聚合物黏度损失。经过使用安全性、方便性和性价比对比,发现固体次氯酸钠不仅能快速有效地去除Fe2+,改善聚合物黏度,且价格合理,使用方便,是最优的氧化剂。

The bivale nt f errous ions in oilfield reinjection water could partially reduce the viscosity of hydrolyzed polyacrylamide(HPAM). Chemical oxidation method has been used for removing Fe2+from oilfield wastewater. The effects of hydrogen peroxide(H2O2),sodium hypochlorite(NaClO) and potassium permanganate(KMnO4) on the re-moval of Fe2+are tested,and the recovery situation of HPAM viscosity after the removal of Fe2+investigated. The ex-perimental results show that all of the three oxidants can quickly remove Fe2+from oilfield wastewater,and effectively improve the viscosity loss of polymer caused by Fe2+. After the comparison on security, convenience and performance price ratio,it is found that solid NaClO not only can rapidly and effectively remove Fe2+and improve polymer viscos-ity,but also is the best oxidant,being characterized by reasonable prices,and convenient application.
