目的：观察妊娠、引产、分娩对肺结核患者安全性的影响。方法回顾性分析118例妊娠合并活动性肺结核患者妊娠、引产、分娩后的临床资料，取同时期住院的非妊娠活动性肺结核患者120例作为对照组。结果118例患者妊娠期间及终止妊娠后，经积极抗结核治疗115例病情稳定出院，妊娠、引产和分娩未引起结核的扩散，和非妊娠活动性肺结核患者比较，其痰菌阴转速度、胸片病灶吸收、空洞闭合、复发率差异无统计学意义（ P ＞0．05）。结论妊娠合并肺结核患者经过合理抗结核治疗，妊娠、引产、分娩对肺结核病情无明显不良影响。
목적：관찰임신、인산、분면대폐결핵환자안전성적영향。방법회고성분석118례임신합병활동성폐결핵환자임신、인산、분면후적림상자료，취동시기주원적비임신활동성폐결핵환자120례작위대조조。결과118례환자임신기간급종지임신후，경적겁항결핵치료115례병정은정출원，임신、인산화분면미인기결핵적확산，화비임신활동성폐결핵환자비교，기담균음전속도、흉편병조흡수、공동폐합、복발솔차이무통계학의의（ P ＞0．05）。결론임신합병폐결핵환자경과합리항결핵치료，임신、인산、분면대폐결핵병정무명현불량영향。
Objective To observe safety effects of the pregnancy ,induced labor or delivery on tuberculosis patient .Methods A retrospective analysis of 118 pregnancy cases complicating with active pulmonary tuberculosis in pregnancy ,inducing labor and materials after delivery in hospital .One hundred and twenty cases with pulmonary tuberculosis patients hospitalized with period of pregnancy were enrolled as control group .Results Among 118 patients in pregnancy and after termination of pregnancy ,115 cases were discharged in stable condition after antitubeculosis treatment .Pregnancy ,inducedlabor and delivery did not cause tuberculosis diffusion .Negative conversion rate of sputum ,absorption rate of chest lesions , cavity closure and recurrence rate showed no significant difference between activepulmonary tuberculosia and inactive pulmonary tuberculosis ( P > 0 .05 ) .Conclusions Pregnant patients with pulmonary tuberculosis after reasonable antituberculous treatment show no obvious adverse effect on tuberculosis after pregnancy ,abortion and childbirth .
