目的：评价应用手术切除结合封闭负压吸引治疗儿童淋巴管瘤的疗效。方法回顾性分析自2010年9月以来应用手术切除结合封闭负压吸引治疗儿童淋巴管瘤20例的治疗经过。结果所有患者均获得随访，随访时间15个月~4年，平均26个月，所有病例均无复发及淋巴漏形成，治愈率100%。结论手术切除结合封闭负压吸引治疗儿童淋巴管瘤具有效果确切、并发症少等优点，是一种可靠的治疗方法。
목적：평개응용수술절제결합봉폐부압흡인치료인동림파관류적료효。방법회고성분석자2010년9월이래응용수술절제결합봉폐부압흡인치료인동림파관류20례적치료경과。결과소유환자균획득수방，수방시간15개월~4년，평균26개월，소유병례균무복발급림파루형성，치유솔100%。결론수술절제결합봉폐부압흡인치료인동림파관류구유효과학절、병발증소등우점，시일충가고적치료방법。
Objective Evaluate the ef cet of surgical resection combined with vacuum sealing drainage in therapy of children lymphangioma.Methods A total clinical data of 20 children with lymphangioma who were treated with surgical resection combined with vacuum sealing drainage from September 2010 to September 2014 were analysed retrospectively. Results Al the children were underwent fol ow-ups for an average 26 months (from 15 months to 4 years) without relapse and Lymphatic leakage,the cure rate were 100%. Conclusion Surgical resection combined with vacuum sealing drainage in therapy of children lymphangioma is reliable and has minimal complication.
