目的评价高级综合模拟人在护生人文素质培养中的应用效果。方法将252名护理本科生分为实验组和对照组，各126名。实验组使用高级综合模拟人情景教学法，对照组采用传统情景教学方法进行，课程结束后对两组护生进行人文素质的评价。结果实验组护生的人文素质总分高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P﹤0.01）。结论运用高级综合模拟人情境教学对护生进行教学，对护生的人文素质培养产生了积极的作用，在技能培训时关注护生的人文培养。

Objective To evaluate the effects of Emergency Case Simulator( ECS)on the humanistic quality of nursing students. Methods Totally, 252 undergraduate nursing students were divided into the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group used ECS situational teaching,and the control group used traditional scene teaching method. The humanistic quality of nursing students in the two groups were compared. Results The score of hu-manistic quality in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P﹤ 0. 01). Conclusion Using the ECS situational simulation teaching takes a positive effect on development of humanistic quality,we should pay attention to nursing studentsˊhumanistic quality during skill training.
