目的探讨综合性肺康复计划对老年COPD患者生活质量的影响。方法选取2012年10月至2013年9月收治的COPD患者200例，根据治疗方案分成对照组和观察组，各100例。对照组采用传统中医学进行康复治疗；观察组在对照组治疗方法的基础上，增加控制性氧疗以及呼吸康复训练指导的综合性肺康复治疗计划。比较两组患者经过治疗前后的肺功能、呼吸道症状、活动能力和疾病影响。结果观察组通过综合性肺康复治疗后在肺功能的1秒用力呼气量、1秒用力呼气量/用力肺活量、呼吸道症状、活动能力和疾病影响与对照组比较，差异具有统计学意义（P﹤0.01或 P﹤0.05）。结论对COPD患者实施合理的综合性肺康复计划对患者的肺功能、呼吸道症状、活动能力和疾病影响的提高改善明显，值得临床推广。

Objective To evaluate the effects of the comprehensive pulmonary rehabilitation program on the quality of life in elderly COPD patients. Methods Totally,200 COPD patients in October 2012 to September 2013,were divided into the experimental group and the control group,100 cases in each group. The control group received conventional TCM rehabilitation nursing,the experimental group received oxygen therapy and comprehensive pulmonary respira-tory rehabilitation guided by breath training besides those nursing interventions in the control group. Changes of the two groups were compared before and after treatment in pulmonary function,symptoms,activity and impact. Results There were significant differences in the forced expiratory volume in one second (FEV1),per second to forced vital capacity ratio(FEV1/FVC),airway symptoms,impact,and activity between the two groups(P ﹤0. 01 or P ﹤0. 05). Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive pulmonary rehabilitation program can improve pulmonary function,symptoms,impect,and activity signifi-cantly in patients with COPD. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
