目的探讨腺病毒暴发疫情的护理管理与医院感染控制效果。方法迅速完成人员、物质、设备资源配置；设立专用绿色通道，规范布局流程；增派前置护理小组实施分区隔离；预防放射科交叉感染；关注患者及护士的心理健康；严格落实医院感染各项控制措施。结果全部患者康复出院，未发生并发症及医院感染；医务人员零感染。结论多部门、多学科紧密合作，建立系统的、操作性强的应急系统是应对突发公共卫生事件的根本保证。
목적탐토선병독폭발역정적호리관리여의원감염공제효과。방법신속완성인원、물질、설비자원배치；설립전용록색통도，규범포국류정；증파전치호리소조실시분구격리；예방방사과교차감염；관주환자급호사적심리건강；엄격락실의원감염각항공제조시。결과전부환자강복출원，미발생병발증급의원감염；의무인원령감염。결론다부문、다학과긴밀합작，건립계통적、조작성강적응급계통시응대돌발공공위생사건적근본보증。
Objective To investigate the effects of nursing management and hospital infection control measures for outbreak of adenovirus. Methods The measures included making quick arrangements of personnel,materials,equipment,Setting up a dedicated green channel,standardizing layout process,senting out a nursing care team and implementing divisional isolation,preventing radiology cross infection,and paying attention to psychological health of patients and nurses, and strictly implementing various measures of hospital infection control. Results All patients recovered and discharged,and no complications or hospital infection occured. Conclusion Nursing care must work closely with multidisciplinary and multi-sections,and establish public health emergency system,which is system-atic and workable.
