目的观察体验式教学在高职《老年护理》教学中的应用效果。方法将2012级护理专业6个班360名学生分为观察组和对照组,各组3个班180名学生,对照组采用传统方法教学,观察组采用体验式教学法教学,课程结束后对两组学生理论及操作考核成绩进行比较,并对观察组学生进行满意度调查。结果观察组学生理论和操作考核成绩均优于对照组(P﹤0.01);观察组学生对体验式教学法满意度高。结论体验式教学法在老年护理教学中的应用,激发了学生的学习积极性,增强了学生对老年人的服务意识。

Objective To evaluate the effects of experiential teaching in the course of geriatric nursing among higher vocational nursing students. Methods A total of 360 nursing students entered in 2012 in 6 classes were divided into the experimental group and the control group,180 nursing students in each group. The students in the control group received traditional teaching method,experiential teaching method was used in the expermiental group. At the end of the course,theoretical and operational scores in two groups were compared,and satisfaction survey was done in the experimental group. Results Theoretical and operational evaluation scores of expermiental group were both higher than those of control group(P﹤0. 01). Student satisfaction in the expermiental group was high. Conclusion Applicationof experiential teaching in the course of geriatric nursing can stimulate the learning enthusiasm of students,and enhance the studentsˊservice consciousness for the elderly.
