采用微波组合微电解及Fenton试剂共同处理橡胶助剂废水,控制废水pH为3.5,加入6000 mg/L H2O2后导入微电解反应器反应120 min,调整微波功率为450 W,微波辐照反应3 min后,出水调节pH为9,静置、分层后,分离出上清液,其出水COD≤500 mg/L,满足污水综合排放三级标准,为高浓度有机含盐废水的化学处理探索了新途径。

The combination of microwave,micro electrolysis and Fenton reagent have been used for the treatment of wastewater containing rubber additives. The best treatment conditions are as follows,after controlling the pH at 3.5, and adding 6 000 mg/L hydrogen peroxide,the micro-electrolysis reactor is introduced and reacts for 120 min,and after adjusting microwave power to 450 W,and irradiated under microwave for 3 min,the effluent pH is adjusted to 9. After settling and layering,the supernatant liquid can be separated out. The results show that COD≤500 mg/L, meeting the third level requirements specified in the comprehensive wastewater discharge standard. It indicates that a new way has been explored for the chemical treatment of organic salt containing wastewater with high concentration.
