为观察分段结扎术治疗难治性环形混合痔的临床疗效,回顾性分析10年来应用该法治疗的52例患者资料。结果显示,52例患者全部治愈,肛门皮肤平整,排便正常。结果表明,分段结扎术治疗环形混合痔疗效确切、切除病变彻底、手术简便、并发症少。

This study was to investigate the ef ect of segmental ligation in the Treatment of severe prolapsed circumferential mixed hemorrhoids,author retrospectively analysed the data of 52 cases underwent this procedure since 10 years.As results,the 52 cases were cured,their anus shaped smoothly with normal defection.Results show that above the procedure for severe prolapsed circumferential mixed hemor hoids has determined ef ect,thorough excision,simple manipulation,less complication.
