采用水力搅拌共沉淀-微滤组合工艺处理含锶废水,着重考察水力停留时间和晶种投加量对除锶效果、沉淀物浓缩效果以及膜污染的影响。研究中设计水力反应器,以CaCO3为晶种,Na2CO3为沉淀剂,膜分离器中投加FeCl3为絮凝剂,去除废水中的锶元素。结果表明:除锶效果受晶种投加量和水力停留时间的双重作用影响。当晶种投加量为0.340 g/L,水力停留时间为60 min时,出水锶平均质量浓度为7.84μg/L,平均DF达到842,CF达到2790。

The combined process hydraulic stirring coprecipitation-microfiltration used for the treatment of strontium-containing wastewater has been researched. The effects of hydraulic retention time and crystal seed dosage on strontium removal precipitate thickening result and membrane fouling are investigated emphatically. In the research the hydraulic reactor is designed using CaCO3 as crystal seed and Na2CO3 as precipitating agent and adding FeCl3 as flocculating agent to the membrane separator so as to remove strontium. The results show that the strontium removing effect is affected by the dual influential factors:the dosage of crystal seeds and hydraulic retention time. When the crystal seed dosage is 0.340 g/L and the hydraulic retention time 60 min the average effluent strontium concentration is 7.84μg/L the average DF reaches 842 and CF reaches 2 790.
