为满足弧形闸门正常运行和检修的要求,在闸门活动部分和启闭机之间设置吊耳,以完成闸门的启闭。吊点位置与门型有关,常设置在闸门顶端及上、下游侧。建立三种吊点位置的弧形闸门有限元模型,通过静力分析,探讨不同吊点位置对闸门结构应力的影响。某水电站弧形闸门实例分析结果表明:其应力分布规律均符合实际情况,闸门整体强度满足要求,但在不同构件相交区域局部有应力集中现象,应予以优化设计或加固处理。

In order to satisfy the normal operation and maintenance of radial gate,it sets up lifting eyes at the movable part of gate and hoist for gate opening and closing. Related to the gate types,hoisting position often set at the top of the gate and the upstream or downstream sides. This paper set up three kinds of the finite element model of radial gate′s lifting point location. Through the static analysis,this paper discussed different influences on the gate′s structure stress by hoisting position. The results show that the stress distribution rules conform to the actual situation;the overall strength of the gate meets the requirements,but in different component intersection area have local stress concentration phenomenon,the phenomenon should be strengthened.
