目的：探讨全程疼痛教育在骨科患者中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析我院骨科收治的117例住院患者的临床资料，所有患者均给予全程疼痛教育，观察患者的疼痛情况及满意度。结果本组117例患者经全程疼痛教育后，疼痛症状得到了显著缓解，其中无痛17例，轻度疼痛92例，中度疼痛6例，重度疼痛2例，疼痛症状平均分为(1.9±0.6)分，护理满意度为97.4%。结论对骨科患者实施全程疼痛教育不仅能够缓解患者的疼痛症状，还能够提高护理满意度。

목적：탐토전정동통교육재골과환자중적응용효과。방법회고성분석아원골과수치적117례주원환자적림상자료，소유환자균급여전정동통교육，관찰환자적동통정황급만의도。결과본조117례환자경전정동통교육후，동통증상득도료현저완해，기중무통17례，경도동통92례，중도동통6례，중도동통2례，동통증상평균분위(1.9±0.6)분，호리만의도위97.4%。결론대골과환자실시전정동통교육불부능구완해환자적동통증상，환능구제고호리만의도。
Objective To investigate the ef ect of the whole educational applications in orthopedic pain patients.Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical data of 117 patients hospitalized orthopedic patients,al patients were given ful pain education,observe the patient's pain conditions and satisfaction.Results 117 cases of patients with pain the whole education,the pain has been significantly reduced,with pain in 17 cases,92 cases of mild pain,moderate pain in 6 cases,2 cases of severe pain,pain average score (1.9 ±0.6),nursing satisfaction was 97.4%.Conclusion Orthopedic patients throughout the implementation of education not only relieve pain symptoms of pain,but also can improve nursing satisfaction.
