将全计算法应用于掺粉煤灰的膨胀混凝土配合比的设计中,研究了浆骨比对掺粉煤灰的膨胀混凝土的膨胀性能、强度性能以及两者发展的协调性的影响规律。结果表明:无论膨胀剂掺量如何,当粉煤灰掺量较低(10%)、浆骨比较大(37.5/62.5)时,有利于体系膨胀和强度的协调发展;当粉煤灰掺量较高(30%)、浆骨比降低时,也有利于体系的膨胀和强度的协调发展;不能将所有混凝土的最优浆骨比都确定为35/65这一经验值,对于不同类型的混凝土,它是有一定变化范围的。
將全計算法應用于摻粉煤灰的膨脹混凝土配閤比的設計中,研究瞭漿骨比對摻粉煤灰的膨脹混凝土的膨脹性能、彊度性能以及兩者髮展的協調性的影響規律。結果錶明:無論膨脹劑摻量如何,噹粉煤灰摻量較低(10%)、漿骨比較大(37.5/62.5)時,有利于體繫膨脹和彊度的協調髮展;噹粉煤灰摻量較高(30%)、漿骨比降低時,也有利于體繫的膨脹和彊度的協調髮展;不能將所有混凝土的最優漿骨比都確定為35/65這一經驗值,對于不同類型的混凝土,它是有一定變化範圍的。

The overall calculation method was applied to calculate the mix design of expansive concrete with fly ash and studied the paste-aggregate ratio for the influence of expansion properties,strength properties and the development coordination of both. The main conclusion is as follows:no matter how expansive ash,when fly ash is low (10%),paste - aggregate ratio is relatively larger (37. 5 / 62. 5), the more favorable to the coordinated development of the system expansion and strength;when compared with fly ash is high (30%),paste- aggregate ratio decreases,the more favorable to the coordinated development of the system expansion and strength. So not in the all types of concrete optimal paste - aggregate ratio are determined as 35 / 65,this experience is in a certain range for different types of concrete.
