以天然沸石制取铁锰氧化物改性沸石材料,开发用于吸附去除制药废水中的CPZ和CTX头孢菌素类药物。结果表明:开始的10~20 min内吸附速率最快,随后逐渐降低,并分别在50、70 min内达到表观吸附平衡。CPZ的去除率明显高于CTX,改性沸石对二者的去除率随初始浓度的增加而降低。Langmuir方程可较好描述吸附等温过程。动态吸附试验表明,改性沸石对CPZ和CTX最大去除率均在93%以上,吸附容量优于表面活性剂改性沸石等材料。

Natural zeolite has been used for preparing iron-manganese oxide-modified zeolite materials,which can be used for the adsorption and removal of CPZ and CTX cephalosporin chemicals from pharmacy wastewater. The results indicate that in the first 10 to 20 minutes the adsorption rate is fast,then it slows down gradually,and could reach the absorption equilibriums within 50 and 70 minutes,respectively. The removing rate of CPZ is obviously higher than that of CTX. By using modified zeolite,the removing rates of both of them decrease,with the increase of initial concentration. Langmuir equation process can describe the adsorption isotherm better. The dynamic adsorption experiments show that the maxium removal rates by using modified zeolite are all above 93%. Its adsorption capaci-ties are higher than that of surfactant-modified zeolite(hexadecyltrimethyl ammonium,etc.).
