目的：分析血液净化护理实施安全管理的临床效果。方法回顾性的分析2014年5月～2015年5月本院收治90例血液净化患者临床资料，根据护理时所采用方案分为两组，对照组40例行常规护理，研究组50例在其基础上行安全管理护理，对资料进行对比和分析。结果研究组穿刺针脱落、连接管口脱落等安全事故发生率均低于对照组，且研究组总满意率98.00%高于对照组40.00%，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论血液净化护理实施安全管理的临床效果显著。

목적：분석혈액정화호리실시안전관리적림상효과。방법회고성적분석2014년5월～2015년5월본원수치90례혈액정화환자림상자료，근거호리시소채용방안분위량조，대조조40례행상규호리，연구조50례재기기출상행안전관리호리，대자료진행대비화분석。결과연구조천자침탈락、련접관구탈락등안전사고발생솔균저우대조조，차연구조총만의솔98.00%고우대조조40.00%，P＜0.05，차이구유통계학의의。결론혈액정화호리실시안전관리적림상효과현저。
Objective To analysis the clinical effect of nursing safety management in blood purification.Methods The clinical data of 90 patients with blood purification in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. According to the nursing care, the patients were divided into 40 groups. The control group was treated with routine nursing, and the study group was treated with 50 cases. The data were compared and analyzed.ResultsThe study group puncture needle abscission, connecting spout off safety accident incidence was lower than the control group and study group total satisfaction rate 98.00% was higher than the control group was 40.00%,P<0.05, had difference statistically significance. ConclusionThe clinical effect of nursing safety management of blood purification is remarkable.
