目的：探讨预见性护理在低位直肠癌根治术后结肠造瘘口护理中的临床效果。方法选取我院2010年2月~2014年2月收治的行低位直肠癌根治术后结肠造瘘口的患者60例，根据护理方式不同将患者分为观察组与对照组，观察组患者进行预见性护理，对照组患者进行常规护理，比较两组患者平均住院时间、并发症发生率、6个月后形成规律性排便的例数。结果采用针对性护理的平均住院时间、并发症发生率明显少于对照组，规律性排便率明显优于对照组。结论预见性护理在低位直肠癌根治术后结肠造瘘口护理中临床效果显著，可有效缩短住院时间、减少并发症的发生，并可帮助患者形成规律性排便。

목적：탐토예견성호리재저위직장암근치술후결장조루구호리중적림상효과。방법선취아원2010년2월~2014년2월수치적행저위직장암근치술후결장조루구적환자60례，근거호리방식불동장환자분위관찰조여대조조，관찰조환자진행예견성호리，대조조환자진행상규호리，비교량조환자평균주원시간、병발증발생솔、6개월후형성규률성배편적례수。결과채용침대성호리적평균주원시간、병발증발생솔명현소우대조조，규률성배편솔명현우우대조조。결론예견성호리재저위직장암근치술후결장조루구호리중림상효과현저，가유효축단주원시간、감소병발증적발생，병가방조환자형성규률성배편。
Objective To study the predictive nursing in low rectal cancer ef ect a radical cure the clinical ef ect of colon colostomy mouth care. Methods Our hospital in February 2010 to February 2014 were line after the eradicative resection of low rectal cancer patients with colon fistula of 60 cases, according to dif erent nursing method divided the patients into observation group and control group, the observation group of patients with predictive nursing, control group patients with routine nursing care, compared two groups of patients with an average length of hospital stay, complication rates, 6 months after forming regularity of the number of cases. Results The average length of hospital stay, use targeted nursing complication rates significantly less than the control group, regular bowel movement rate is bet er than the control group. Conclusion Predictive nursing in low rectal cancer ef ect a radical cure postoperative colon fistula in nursing clinical ef ect is remarkable, which can ef ectively shorten the length of hospital stay, reduce complications, and can help patients to form regular bowel movements.
