目的编制慢性心力衰竭患者服药相关信念问卷，并初步检验其信效度。方法在查阅相关文献和对慢性心力衰竭患者及医护人员深入访谈的基础上形成初始问卷，由专家小组对其内容效度进行评定。对320例慢性心力衰竭患者进行问卷调查，通过探索性因子分析和验证性因子分析问卷的结构效度，并对其内部一致性进行测定。结果形成的慢性心力衰竭患者服药相关信念问卷共12个条目，探索性因子分析提取4个公因子：药效感知、服药必要性感知、服药顾虑、服药便利性，问卷结构与理论构想基本一致。问卷的各条目CVI在0.8~1之间，全部条目的平均CVI为0.94。探索性因子分析所得的条目载荷在0.506~0.808之间，累计方差贡献率为60.37%；验证性因子分析所得指标基本符合测量学的要求。问卷总的Cronbachˊsα系数为0.75。结论慢性心力衰竭服药相关信念问卷各考评指标能达到量表的一般要求，可适用于慢性心力衰竭患者的服药相关信念的测量，并在此过程中作进一步的完善。
목적편제만성심력쇠갈환자복약상관신념문권，병초보검험기신효도。방법재사열상관문헌화대만성심력쇠갈환자급의호인원심입방담적기출상형성초시문권，유전가소조대기내용효도진행평정。대320례만성심력쇠갈환자진행문권조사，통과탐색성인자분석화험증성인자분석문권적결구효도，병대기내부일치성진행측정。결과형성적만성심력쇠갈환자복약상관신념문권공12개조목，탐색성인자분석제취4개공인자：약효감지、복약필요성감지、복약고필、복약편리성，문권결구여이론구상기본일치。문권적각조목CVI재0.8~1지간，전부조목적평균CVI위0.94。탐색성인자분석소득적조목재하재0.506~0.808지간，루계방차공헌솔위60.37%；험증성인자분석소득지표기본부합측량학적요구。문권총적Cronbachˊsα계수위0.75。결론만성심력쇠갈복약상관신념문권각고평지표능체도량표적일반요구，가괄용우만성심력쇠갈환자적복약상관신념적측량，병재차과정중작진일보적완선。
Objective To develop a questionnaire for measuring medication-related beliefs of chronic heart failure( CHF)patients and to test its reliabil-ity and validity. Methods On basis of literature review and indepth interview of CHF patients and doctors,the original scale was designed,then the expert team evaluated its content validity. A total of 320 CHF patients were recruited to complete the questionnaire,and exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor a-nalysis were conducted to evaluate the construct validity. Besides,the internal consistency of the questionnaire was measured. Results The final questionnaire in-cluded 4 factors( perceived efficacy,perceived necessity of medication,medication concerns,medication convenience)and 12 items,which was consistent with the theoretical framework. The content validity indexes of all items were ranged from 0. 8 to 1,and content validity was 0. 94. The result of Exploratory factor anal-ysis revealed that the item loads were range form 0. 506 to 0. 808,and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 60. 37%. Results of confirmatory factor analy-sis indicated that the indicators all met the requirements of scale. The Cronbachˊsαcoefficient was 0. 75. Conclusion The indicators of questionnaire measuring medication-related beliefs of chronic heart failure( CHF)patients all meet the general requirement of scale. It can be used to measure medication-related be-liefs among chronic heart failure patients and be improved step by step.
