目的调查护士长时间管理倾向的现状。方法采用时间管理倾向量表对309名护士长进行问卷调查，并分析其影响因素。结果护士长时间管理倾向处于高水平；科室和参与时间管理培训是护士长时间管理倾向的影响因素（ P﹤0.01或P﹤0.05）。结论护士长时间管理水平较高，但有必要开展护士长时间管理知识培训，以期进一步提升护士长时间管理能力。
목적조사호사장시간관리경향적현상。방법채용시간관리경향량표대309명호사장진행문권조사，병분석기영향인소。결과호사장시간관리경향처우고수평；과실화삼여시간관리배훈시호사장시간관리경향적영향인소（ P﹤0.01혹P﹤0.05）。결론호사장시간관리수평교고，단유필요개전호사장시간관리지식배훈，이기진일보제승호사장시간관리능력。
Objective To investigate the status of time management disposition among head nurses. Method Totally,309 head nurses were investigated using Time Management Disposition Scale. Results The level of the head nursesˊtime management disposition was high,and its influencing factors were depart-ments and whether receiving time management training or not(P﹤0. 01 or P﹤0. 05). Conclusion The level of time management disposition of head and itˊs influencing factors were nurses is high,but still should be improved,so it is necessary to carry out time management training for them.
