目的探讨临床一线护士的心理弹性、一般自我效能与工作满意度之间的关系,为提高护士工作满意度提供依据。方法运用一般资料问卷、心理弹性量表、一般自我效能量表及护士工作满意度量表对633名护士进行调查。结果护士心理弹性得分(63.81±13.82)分,一般自我效能得分(25.27±5.39)分,工作满意度得分(94.00±19.15)分。心理弹性、一般自我效能与工作满意度呈正相关,心理弹性与一般自我效能呈正相关;结构方程模型分析表明心理弹性与一般自我效能对护士工作满意度有直接的显著影响,心理弹性对一般自我效能亦有直接的显著影响,并通过一般自我效能的中介作用间接影响工作满意度(P﹤0.01)。结论护士的工作满意度有待提高,心理弹性与一般自我效能对工作满意度有显著的正向预测作用。

Objective To determine the relationship of clinical nursesˊpsychological resilience,self-efficacy and job satisfaction,thus to provide basis to im-prove nursesˊjob satisfaction. Methods A total of 633 clinical nurses were investigated with Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale( CD-RISC),General Self-Effi-cacy Scale( GSES)and the Mc-Closkey/Mueuer Satisfaction Scale( MMSS). Results The scores of nursesˊpsychological resilience,self-efficacy and job satis-faction were(63. 81 ± 13. 82)(,25. 27 ± 5. 39)and(94. 00 ± 19. 15),respectively. Psychological resilience and self-efficacy were positively correlated with the job satisfaction,and psychological resilience was positively correlated with self-efficacy. Structural equation modeling analysis showed that both psychological resili-ence and self-efficacy had directly positive effects on job satisfaction,psychological resilience had directly positive effects on self-efficacy,and self-efficacy me-diated the relationship between psychological resilience and job satisfaction(P﹤0. 01). Conclusion The level of nursesˊjob satisfaction has great room to improve, self-efficacy and psychological resilience have significant positive prediction on job satisfaction.
