目的：分析核磁共振联合辅助性检查诊断膝关节隐匿性骨折的临床意义。方法选取2014年7月～2015年2月于本院进行膝关节MRI（核磁共振）检查的隐匿性骨折患者共34例，分析核磁共振的诊断价值。结果经过X线检查可知骨皮质和骨小梁连续，未发现线状低密度影。同时，通过核磁共振检查，发现隐匿性骨折，可知股骨内侧髁骨折32.4％，外侧髁隐匿性骨折35.3％，同侧股骨骨折20.6％、胫骨近端骨折与关节面相邻两端骨折均为5.9％。其中双侧膝关节同时骨折为8.9％。结论为了能让隐匿性骨折患者尽早痊愈，采取核磁共振联合其他辅助性检查，能够提高成功治愈率。
목적：분석핵자공진연합보조성검사진단슬관절은닉성골절적림상의의。방법선취2014년7월～2015년2월우본원진행슬관절MRI（핵자공진）검사적은닉성골절환자공34례，분석핵자공진적진단개치。결과경과X선검사가지골피질화골소량련속，미발현선상저밀도영。동시，통과핵자공진검사，발현은닉성골절，가지고골내측과골절32.4％，외측과은닉성골절35.3％，동측고골골절20.6％、경골근단골절여관절면상린량단골절균위5.9％。기중쌍측슬관절동시골절위8.9％。결론위료능양은닉성골절환자진조전유，채취핵자공진연합기타보조성검사，능구제고성공치유솔。
Objective To analysis the clinical significance of magnetic resonance imaging in the diagnosis of occult fractures of the knee joint. Methods Selected 34 cases with occult fractures of the knee join by MRI (nuclear magnetic resonance) examination from July 2014 to February 2015 in our hospital, analysis the diagnostic value.Results X-ray examination showed that the bone cortex and bone were continuous, but no signiifcant linear low density image was found. At the same time, through nuclear magnetic resonance examination, found the hidden fractures, we can ifnd that the femoral medial condyle fracture was 32.4%, lateral condyle fracture was 35.3%, ipsilateral femur fracture was 20.6%, proximal tibia fractures and articular surface adjacent to both ends of fracture were 5.9%. Bilateral knee joint fracture was 8.9%.Conclusion In order to make the occult fracture patients as soon as possible, it is necessary to take nuclear magnetic resonance and other auxiliary examination, to improve the success rate of cure.
