介绍了电除尘技术的发展现状及应用前景,阐述了电除尘控制系统的组成及工作原理。针对烧结机组生产过程中存在的除尘效率低与耗能高的问题,通过使用ifix组态图形软件,采取集中管理、分散控制的方式对烧结除尘系统进行智能监控。同时结合钢铁行业的生产工艺,在烧结厂实现了烧结除尘设备自动运行和综合管理,解决了除尘系统电能损耗与除尘能力不平衡的问题,在满足电除尘器除尘效率的前提下节能7%左右。

The paper introduced the developing present situation and the prospect of electric de -ash technology and expounded the application and working principal of the ash control system .For the problem of low efficiency and high deletion in production of sintering crew , through using of ifix config-uration graphics software , monitoring intelligently in sintering dust removal system by taking the meth-od of using the centralized management and decentralization of the distributed control system , as well as combing the production process in this industry , realized the automatic operation and comprehensive management to the industrial dusting equipment , in the sintering factory of some certain steel group Co.Ltd., solved the problem of imbalance of the electric dust between energy consumption and dust removal ability also improved the efficiency of the ESP about 7%.
