通常一个建筑的生命周期里,其周围的建筑环境都是从稀疏到密集的一个发展的过程,从而改变建筑物的存在环境,这将对建筑物幕墙结构及主体结构产生重大的影响.在既有建筑幕墙鉴定的过程,一般都是只关心到其的材料及安装的质量问题,较少深入探讨既有幕墙全生命周期的环境变化带来的影响.本文在结合大量的幕墙设计、幕墙检测与鉴定实践的经验,对既有建筑幕墙安全性鉴定中的一些设计复核、现场测试及检查的关键技术进行了研究与探讨分析,提出了必须根据建筑幕墙所在场地环境状况的变化,重新验算幕墙设计计算书的合理性,对既有幕墙的安全性鉴定具有一定的指导作用.

in the life cycle of a building, the building environment is a developing process from sparse to dense, so as to change the existing environment, which will have a significant impact on the structure and the main structure of the building curtain wall. In the process of building curtain wall identification, it is generally only concerned about the quality of its materials and installation, which is less in-depth study of the impact of both the full life cycle of the curtain wall. In this paper combined with the large number of curtain wall design, curtain wall detection and identification of the practice experience of both building curtain wall for the safety appraisal of some design review, field testing and inspection of the key technology was studied and discussed in this paper analysis, proposed must according to the change of the curtain wall construction site environmental conditions, re check the calculation of curtain wall design rationality, safety identification of existing curtain wall has a guiding role.
