采用空间句法,从道路可达性与空间结构认知程度相结合的角度探索武汉市道路网空间结构与住宅地价的协同关系.研究表明:武汉市已经形成了以环线为主、中心辐射为特征的道路交通网络,在政府政策、城市规划与基础交通网络建设的引导下,武汉市居住空间正逐步形成团簇状居住模式;可达性较好的区域往往具有较强的空间认知程度,这种建立在道路可达性基础上的空间认知会产生倍增地价的效果,道路空间结构与住宅地价拟合度为0.736.

The spatial syntax was used to investigate the cooperativity between the road network topology and the resi-dential land price from the perspective of combining the road accessibility and spatial recognition degree.Taking Wuhan as the example,the results show that the road traffic network is characterized by the road rings system and radiation from the center.The cluster residential patterns have formed which was guided by the government policy,urban planning and basic traffic network construction.The results also show that the better road accessibility,the deeper spatial cognition de-gree,and this kind of spatial cognition based on the road accessibility had a multiplier effect on land price,the fitting de-gree between the road network topology and the residential land price is 0.736.
