目的：探讨健康教育方法在患有慢性支气管炎患者的有关护理当中的作用。方法选取2013年3月～2015年5月确诊为慢性支气管炎患者100例，按照随机分配的方式分为观察组及对照组，各50例。对照组进行常规的护理，观察组在常规性的护理的基础上增加健康教育方式，观察和记录两组患者出院后3年内的病情复发及并发症等发生的情况。结果观察组复发率及出现肺动脉的高压、阻塞性的肺气肿以及肺源性的心脏病等多种并发症的概率均低于对照组，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论健康教育方式的开展以及应用，可降低慢性支气管炎的复发情况，减少严重性并发症的发生率。
목적：탐토건강교육방법재환유만성지기관염환자적유관호리당중적작용。방법선취2013년3월～2015년5월학진위만성지기관염환자100례，안조수궤분배적방식분위관찰조급대조조，각50례。대조조진행상규적호리，관찰조재상규성적호리적기출상증가건강교육방식，관찰화기록량조환자출원후3년내적병정복발급병발증등발생적정황。결과관찰조복발솔급출현폐동맥적고압、조새성적폐기종이급폐원성적심장병등다충병발증적개솔균저우대조조，P＜0.05，차이구유통계학의의。결론건강교육방식적개전이급응용，가강저만성지기관염적복발정황，감소엄중성병발증적발생솔。
Objective To explore the effect of health education method on the nursing of chronic bronchitis.Methods Selected 100 chronic bronchitis patients from March 2013 to May 2015 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. the control group went through routine nursing care, while the observation group used the method mentioned above with the combination of health education method. The relapse and complications of all the patients discharged from hospital after 3 years were recorded.Results The relapse, pulmonary hypertension, obstructive emphysema, chronic pulmonary heart disease and other related complications of the observation group showed lower than the control group,P<0.05, had difference statistically significance.Conclusion The application of health education method may have potential usage in the decrease of the relapse of chronic bronchitis and reduce the occurrence of serious complications.
