最新研究发现了一种新的选择性自噬——脂噬,其可以选择性识别脂质并将其降解,在调节肝细胞脂肪代谢、维持细胞内脂质稳态等过程中发挥重要作用.自噬参与肝细胞的多种功能,不仅可以动员脂滴,调控脂肪的分解代谢,还参与极低密度脂蛋白(VLDL)的分泌和装载.但高脂饮食、饮酒和肝炎病毒会破坏自噬功能,使肝细胞发生脂肪样变、纤维化或凋亡,进一步发展成脂肪肝、酒精肝,甚至肝癌.因而研究脂噬对脂质代谢的调节作用,脂噬对病毒性肝炎和脂肪肝等慢性肝脏疾病的影响很有意义.

Current evidence implicates a new type of selective autophagy-lipophagy,which selectively recognizes and breaks down lipids.Lipophagy play essential roles in regulating lipid metabolism and maintaining cellular lipid homeostasis.Autophagy involves in multi-functions in liver.It might not only mobilize lipid droplets to regulate catabolism of lipid but also involves in the secretion and assembly of very low density lipoprotein (VLDL).However,autophagic functions are disordered by high-fat diet,alcohol consumption or hepatitis virus,resulting in steatosis and fibrosis even apoptosis of hepatocytes.These conditions may further lead to the development of fatty liver,alcoholic hepatitis,cirrhosis,and hepatocelluar carcinoma (HCC).It is essential to explore lipophagic regulating roles of lipid metabolism and influences in chromic liver.
