目的：通过了解口腔科医护人员职业暴露和自我防护现状，分析发生的原因，探讨进一步防范对策。方法2014年7月~8月对我院口腔科医护人员进行问卷调查，包括基本情况、职业暴露情况及护理操作中的自我防范情况等。结果20名调查者中12名有职业暴露的经历，口腔科医护人员自我防范意识较差，临床工作中一般防护和皮肤黏膜破损后防护的A级防护率不及50%。结论口腔科医护人员面临的职业暴露风险大，职业防护意识较差，应加强对临床医护人员职业防护知识培训，落实标准预防措施，能有效避免口腔科医护人员的专业暴露。

목적：통과료해구강과의호인원직업폭로화자아방호현상，분석발생적원인，탐토진일보방범대책。방법2014년7월~8월대아원구강과의호인원진행문권조사，포괄기본정황、직업폭로정황급호리조작중적자아방범정황등。결과20명조사자중12명유직업폭로적경력，구강과의호인원자아방범의식교차，림상공작중일반방호화피부점막파손후방호적A급방호솔불급50%。결론구강과의호인원면림적직업폭로풍험대，직업방호의식교차，응가강대림상의호인원직업방호지식배훈，락실표준예방조시，능유효피면구강과의호인원적전업폭로。
Objective Through investigating occupational exposure and self protection of staf in stomatology department we would analyse the cause of infection and explore the further method of protection.Methods Making questionnaire of staf in our stomatology department from July to August in 2014,including basic condition professional exposure and self protection in clinic practice. Results Totcl 12 of 20 investigator having experience of occupational exposure, staf in clinic have bad awareness of self protection and self protection of A degree is lower than 50 percent of a degree after mucosal damage.Conclusion Because of facing bad-chance of occupational exposure and having bad awareness of protection in clinic ,we shouid take such measure as occupational pretection training and practising the standard measure,then could avoid the occupational exposure ef ectively.
