目的：观察疼痛护理在乳腺肿瘤术后患者的临床护理效果。方法选取在我科接受手术治疗的48例乳腺肿瘤患者作为研究对象，随机分为观察组24例和对照组24例，对照组实施常规术后护理，观察组在对照组护理基础上实施疼痛护理干预，观察两组患者术后疼痛情况及护理满意度。结果观察组患者术后疼痛评分低于对照组，且护理满意度高于对照组，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论对乳腺肿瘤术后患者实施系统化的疼痛护理，可有效缓解患者疼痛，提高护理满意度。

Objective To observe the clinical nursing effect of pain nursing in patients with breast cancer after operation.MethodsSelected 48 cases of breast cancer patients treated with surgery were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group had 24 cases, The control group received routine nursing care, the observation group in the control group, the implementation of pain nursing intervention, observe the two groups of patients with postoperative pain and nursing satisfaction. ResultsThe postoperative pain score in the observation group was lower than the control group, and the nursing satisfaction was higher than the control group,P<0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance.Conclusion After the operation of breast cancer patients in the implementation of systematic pain care, can effectively relieve the pain, improve nursing satisfaction.
