目的:分析四川省集中空调通风系统的卫生状况。方法2011~2013年,共采集了集中空调305家,清洗前检测186家,清洗后检测119家,通风系统送风口样本2130个。对样本进行细菌总数、真菌总数、β-溶血性链球菌检测。结果所有样本均未检出β-溶血性链球菌;清洗前、后细菌总数不合格率分别为18.5%、2.0%,真菌总数分别为16.4%、2.8%,清洗前后细菌总数和真菌总数不合格率均有显著性差异。结论集中空调通风系统卫生质量有待进一步提高,清洗消毒是改善集中空调所致微生物污染的行之有效方法。

목적:분석사천성집중공조통풍계통적위생상황。방법2011~2013년,공채집료집중공조305가,청세전검측186가,청세후검측119가,통풍계통송풍구양본2130개。대양본진행세균총수、진균총수、β-용혈성련구균검측。결과소유양본균미검출β-용혈성련구균;청세전、후세균총수불합격솔분별위18.5%、2.0%,진균총수분별위16.4%、2.8%,청세전후세균총수화진균총수불합격솔균유현저성차이。결론집중공조통풍계통위생질량유대진일보제고,청세소독시개선집중공조소치미생물오염적행지유효방법。
Objective To analyze the sanitary condition of central air conditioning ventilation system. Methods From 2011 to 2013, col ected 305 companies, 186 were not cleaning before testing, others cleaning, air supply outlet have 2130 sample, and car ied out bacteria, fungi, β-hemolytic streptococcus test. Results Al samples did not check out theβ-hemolytic streptococcus; Bacterial fraction defective of cleaning before and after is 18.5%, 2.0% respectively, the total number of fungi were 16.4%, 2.8%, fraction defective of cleaning before and after have significant dif erence. Conclusion Sanitary quality of central air-conditioning ventilation system must be further improved, cleaning and disinfection are ef ective ways to improve the central air conditioning caused by microbial contamination.
