通过分析黄河干支流泥沙沿程补给、历史储量、开采现状和需求,按照科学合理性、地区差异性、分区分段分类定量、以泥沙补给量为主等原则和方法,计算得出黄河干流禹门口以上河段和支流、湖区建筑用年度采砂控制总量为6823.9万 t,其中干流为2711.2万 t、支流为3852.7万 t、东平湖区为260万 t;流域内甘肃、宁夏、内蒙古、陕西、山西、河南和山东等省区年度采砂控制总量分别为438.0万、2475.8万、42.0万、2308.9万、221.2万、578.0万、760.0万 t;黄河干流禹门口以下河段历史储量砂非常丰富,规划期不限制年度采砂量。

통과분석황하간지류니사연정보급、역사저량、개채현상화수구,안조과학합이성、지구차이성、분구분단분류정량、이니사보급량위주등원칙화방법,계산득출황하간류우문구이상하단화지류、호구건축용년도채사공제총량위6823.9만 t,기중간류위2711.2만 t、지류위3852.7만 t、동평호구위260만 t;류역내감숙、저하、내몽고、협서、산서、하남화산동등성구년도채사공제총량분별위438.0만、2475.8만、42.0만、2308.9만、221.2만、578.0만、760.0만 t;황하간류우문구이하하단역사저량사비상봉부,규화기불한제년도채사량。
By analyzing sediment characteristics,sand supply,historical reserves and sand excavation present situation and demand in the trunk stream and tributaries of the Yellow River,principles and methods for total amount control of sand excavation in the main river course of the Yellow River basin were studied. Calculation results show that the annual total amount control of sand excavation in the area upstream of Yumenkou and sand for building in the lake region is 68. 239 million tons,of which,27. 112 million tons is for the trunk stream and 38. 527 million tons for tributaries as well as 2. 60 million tons for the lake region of Dongping. The annual total amount control of sand excavation in Gansu,Ningxia,Inner Mongolia,Shaanxi,Shanxi,Henan and Shandong is 4. 38 million tons,24. 758 million tons,0. 42 million tons,23. 089 million tons,2. 212 million tons,5. 78 million tons and 7. 60 million tons respectively. The historical reserve is very generous in the river course below Yumenkou and the annual amount of sand excavation is not restricted in planning period.
