目的：分析心肌梗死并发心力衰竭患者护理中实施循证护理的效果。方法选取我院收治的心肌梗死并发心力衰竭患者110例，依据护理方法不同分为两组，各55例。对照组实施常规护理，观察组实施循证护理模式，对比评价两组不同护理实施效果。结果两组护理满意率、心脏功能恢复正常时间、住院时间对比，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论循证护理用于心肌梗死并发心力衰竭的护理效果显著，可促进患者心脏功能康复。

목적：분석심기경사병발심력쇠갈환자호리중실시순증호리적효과。방법선취아원수치적심기경사병발심력쇠갈환자110례，의거호리방법불동분위량조，각55례。대조조실시상규호리，관찰조실시순증호리모식，대비평개량조불동호리실시효과。결과량조호리만의솔、심장공능회복정상시간、주원시간대비，P＜0.05，차이구유통계학의의。결론순증호리용우심기경사병발심력쇠갈적호리효과현저，가촉진환자심장공능강복。
Objective To analysis the effect of evidence-based nursing in the nursing of patients with myocardial infarction complicated with heart failure.Methods Selected 110 cases of patients with heart failure in our hospital. According to the nursing method, the patients were divided into two groups. The control group was treated with routine nursing, the observation group was treated with 55 cases, and two cases were implemented.Results Compared two groups of nursing satisfaction rate, heart function recovery time, hospitalization time,P<0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance.Conclusion Evidence based nursing for myocardial infarction complicated with heart failure of nursing effect, can promote the recovery of heart function.
