目的构建医学高专药学专业新生入学教育新模式。方法分析我校药学专业2014级新生入学生源的新情况，针对医学高专药学专业的特点，结合校情和系情实际，进行新生入学教育的探索与实践。结果通过一系列的入学教育实践活动，使学生对药学专业尽快有了深刻的认识，对自己的未来有初步的规划。结论紧扣"中国梦"引领理想信念教育，围绕专业引导教育、心理健康教育、学业职业导航教育、职业生涯规划教育、药企业文化宣讲等内容，创新入学教育理念、内容和形式，构建入学教育新模式。提高了入学教育的针对性和时效性，增强了入学教育的效果。

Objective To establish a new mode for entrance education for freshman in pharmacy specialty of medical science col ege. Methods Exploration and practice were car ied out in entrance education by analyzing students' sources of pharmacy specialty in 2014 in our col ege, the characteristics of pharmacy specialty and the reality of col ege and department. Results Students in pharmacy specialty learned more about the subject soon and had a primary schema for future by participating a series of entrance education activities. Conclusion With Chinese Dream ideal belief and sur ounding specialty guiding education, psychological health education, navigation education, occupational career planning education and cultural propagandas from pharmacy enterprises, the concept, content and pat ern of entrance education are renewed and new mode is established, which improves the pertinence, timeliness and ef icacy of entrance education.
