目的：分析胆囊手术护理术前访视的效果。方法选取我院2011年1月～2013年12月胆囊手术患者98例，将患者分成对照组和观察组，对照组使用传统手术护理，观察组使用针对性护理、术前访视，比较分析两组患者的心率、血压等指标。结果观察组接受术前访视护理前后，其血压、心率没有变化，对照组血压、心率有变化，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论胆囊手术使用术前访视护理措施，能够减少患者的疑虑，缓和护患关系，患者的心理压力较低，治疗效果比较好。

목적：분석담낭수술호리술전방시적효과。방법선취아원2011년1월～2013년12월담낭수술환자98례，장환자분성대조조화관찰조，대조조사용전통수술호리，관찰조사용침대성호리、술전방시，비교분석량조환자적심솔、혈압등지표。결과관찰조접수술전방시호리전후，기혈압、심솔몰유변화，대조조혈압、심솔유변화，P＜0.05，차이구유통계학의의。결론담낭수술사용술전방시호리조시，능구감소환자적의필，완화호환관계，환자적심리압력교저，치료효과비교호。
Objective To explore the effect of preoperative visit on the nursing of gallbladder operation. Methods Selected 98 cases with gallbladder surgery from January 2011 to December 2013, were divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group were treated with traditional operation nursing, the observation group was treated with targeted nursing, preoperative visit, compared with heart rate, blood pressure and other indicators of two groups.Results The observation group, the blood pressure and heart rate were change significantly, the blood pressure and heart rate were changed in the control group,P<0.05, had difference statistically significance.Conclusion The use of preoperative visit to nursing care measures, can reduce the patient's doubts, ease the relationship between patients, the psychological pressure of patients is lower, the treatment effect is better.
