目的：分析精细化护理在老年髋部骨折患者护理中的应用价值。方法选择2013年6月～2014年10月我院收治的40例老年髋部骨折患者作为观察对象，将患者随机分成实验组与对照组，各20例，实验组采用精细化护理，对照组采用基础护理，观察两组老年髋部骨折患者的疼痛评分、护理效果及骨折愈合时间。结果两组老年髋部骨折患者的疼痛评分、护理效果及骨折愈合时间对比，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论精细化护理在老年髋部骨折患者护理中的应用价值较高，能帮助患者更快、更好的恢复健康。

목적：분석정세화호리재노년관부골절환자호리중적응용개치。방법선택2013년6월～2014년10월아원수치적40례노년관부골절환자작위관찰대상，장환자수궤분성실험조여대조조，각20례，실험조채용정세화호리，대조조채용기출호리，관찰량조노년관부골절환자적동통평분、호리효과급골절유합시간。결과량조노년관부골절환자적동통평분、호리효과급골절유합시간대비，P＜0.05，차이구유통계학의의。결론정세화호리재노년관부골절환자호리중적응용개치교고，능방조환자경쾌、경호적회복건강。
Objective Analysis the application value of meticulous nursing in nursing care of elderly patients with hip fracture.Methods Selected 40 cases of elderly patients with hip fracture from June 2013 to October 2014 in our hospital as object, were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, each group had 20 cases, the experimental group adopt refine nursing, the control group was treated with basic nursing, compared the pain score, nursing effect and fracture healing time of two groups.ResultsThe pain score, nursing effect and fracture healing time of two groups of elderly patients with hip fracture,P<0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance.Conclusion The application value of meticulous nursing care in elderly Patients with hip fracture is higher, can help Patients recover faster and better.
