目的探讨正常分娩会阴评估在选择会阴保护方法中的指导意义。方法选取2013年1月~2014年1月武警新疆总队医院妇产科收治的阴道分娩的初产妇170例，通过评估产妇会阴弹性、会阴体长度，产妇配合度分别实施会阴保护和会阴侧切术，其中保护会阴成功分娩60例，会阴侧切分娩110例。结果有效减少会阴侧切术的实施，减轻产妇损伤。结论实施方法有临床意义，值得推广和应用。
목적탐토정상분면회음평고재선택회음보호방법중적지도의의。방법선취2013년1월~2014년1월무경신강총대의원부산과수치적음도분면적초산부170례，통과평고산부회음탄성、회음체장도，산부배합도분별실시회음보호화회음측절술，기중보호회음성공분면60례，회음측절분면110례。결과유효감소회음측절술적실시，감경산부손상。결론실시방법유림상의의，치득추엄화응용。
Objective To explore the normal childbirth perineal evaluation in the choice of perineum protection method in guiding significance.
