目的 观察华支睾吸虫感染大鼠肝组织细胞间黏附分子的动态变化.方法 健康成年Wistar大鼠随机分为感染组和对照组,感染组大鼠灌胃感染华支睾吸虫囊蚴,对照组大鼠给同体积生理盐水.分别于灌胃后第2、4、6、8和14周处死大鼠,免疫组化观察大鼠肝组织细胞间黏附分子(ICAM)-1、血管细胞黏附分子(VCAM)-1和E-选择素表达.结果 成功建立华支睾吸虫病大鼠模型,肝组织黏附分子ICAM-1、VCAM-1和E-选择素在感染后表达水平逐渐升高,与感染两周组大鼠比较差异有统计学意义(x2=167.045,x2=212.385,x2=149.657,P均<0.001).结论 黏附分子ICAM-1、VCAM-1和E-选择素与华支睾吸虫感染引起的肝组织损伤相关.

Objective To observe the dynamic changes of intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1),vascular cell adhesion molecule-1 (VCAM-1) and E-selectin of the liver in rats infected with Clonorchis sinensis (C.sinensis).Methods Healthy Wistar rats were randomly divided into model group and control group.The rats were infected with 50 metacercariae of C.sinensis per rat as model group and others were administered with physiological saline of the same volume as control.All animals were killed at week 2,4,6,8,and 14 after infection,respectively.The ICAM-1,VCAM-1,and E-selectin in the hepatic tissue sections of rats were measured by immunohistochemistry.Results The levels of ICAM-1,VCAM-1 and E-selectin in the liver of the rats with clonorchiasis were significantly increased compared with those in model group at week 2 (x2 =167.045,x2 =212.385,x2 =149.657,P < 0.001) after infection.Conclusion Cell adhesion molecules ICAM-1,VCAM-1,and E-selectin are involved in the pathogenesis of the liver injury caused by C.sinensis.
