目的：探讨产科健康教育对孕产妇及其家属满意度的影响。方法选择2014年5月～2015年5月我院收治的孕产妇310例，将其平均分为研究组与对照组。对照组采取常规护理措施与健康教育干预，研究组采取产科健康教育路径干预。结果研究组孕产妇及其家属对护理满意的总满意率为98.71%，高于对照组的89.68%，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论产科健康教育路径有效提高了孕产妇及其家属对护理工作的满意程度。

목적：탐토산과건강교육대잉산부급기가속만의도적영향。방법선택2014년5월～2015년5월아원수치적잉산부310례，장기평균분위연구조여대조조。대조조채취상규호리조시여건강교육간예，연구조채취산과건강교육로경간예。결과연구조잉산부급기가속대호리만의적총만의솔위98.71%，고우대조조적89.68%，P＜0.05，차이구유통계학의의。결론산과건강교육로경유효제고료잉산부급기가속대호리공작적만의정도。
ObjectiveTo investigate the effects of obstetric health education for pregnant women and their family’s satisfaction.Methods Selected 310 cases of pregnant women from May 2014 to May 2015 in our hospital, were divided into the study group and the control group. The control group received the usual care measures and health education intervention, the study group to take the path of obstetric health education intervention. Results The study group of pregnant women and their families to care satisfactory overall satisfaction rate of 98.71% was higher than the 89.68%, P<0.05, had difference statistically significance.Conclusion Obstetric health education path to effectively improve the pregnant women and their families for nursing job satisfaction, suitable for clinical application.
