目的：研究预防性护理对降低妇科腹腔镜手术并发症的作用。方法选取本院88例接受妇科腹腔镜手术的患者，通过随机数表法将这些患者分为干预组和常规组，各44例，使用相关的护理干预，比较干预组和常规组的并发症。结果干预组患者的并发症发生率低于常规组，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论对接受腹腔镜手术的患者实施预防性护理干预，可有效的降低并发症发生率。

목적：연구예방성호리대강저부과복강경수술병발증적작용。방법선취본원88례접수부과복강경수술적환자，통과수궤수표법장저사환자분위간예조화상규조，각44례，사용상관적호리간예，비교간예조화상규조적병발증。결과간예조환자적병발증발생솔저우상규조，P＜0.05，차이구유통계학의의。결론대접수복강경수술적환자실시예방성호리간예，가유효적강저병발증발생솔。
Objective To study the effect of preventive nursing care on the reduction of the complications of gynecological laparoscopic surgery. MethodsSelected 88 cases accepted gynecologic laparoscopic surgery patients in our hospital, randomly number table method will, were divided into the intervention group and the normal group, ach group had 44 cases. Patients used nursing intervention, compared of the intervention group and routine group with complications.Results The incidence of complications in the intervention group was lower than the conventional group,P<0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance. Conclusion Nursing intervention is implemented in patients with laparoscopic operation, it can effectively reduce the incidence of complications.
