目的：观察对肝切除手术患者围手术期实施综合护理的临床效果和患者的满意度。方法选取我院收治的需行肝切除手术的肝脏疾病患者48例，随机分成对照组与观察组，各24例，对照组给予常规必要护理，观察组给予综合全面护理，对两组患者手术与住院时间以及治疗后两组患者满意度进行对比分析。结果观察组手术时间和住院时间分别为（60.4±9.7）min和（5.3±0.8）d，对照组手术时间和住院时间分别为（99.6±13.8）min和（7.5±1.2）d，两组比较，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义；治疗后观察组满意率为91.67%（22/24），高于对照组的70.83%（17/24），P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论对肝切除手术患者围手术期实施综合护理能够有效缩短手术时间和住院时间，提高患者的满意度。
목적：관찰대간절제수술환자위수술기실시종합호리적림상효과화환자적만의도。방법선취아원수치적수행간절제수술적간장질병환자48례，수궤분성대조조여관찰조，각24례，대조조급여상규필요호리，관찰조급여종합전면호리，대량조환자수술여주원시간이급치료후량조환자만의도진행대비분석。결과관찰조수술시간화주원시간분별위（60.4±9.7）min화（5.3±0.8）d，대조조수술시간화주원시간분별위（99.6±13.8）min화（7.5±1.2）d，량조비교，P＜0.05，차이구유통계학의의；치료후관찰조만의솔위91.67%（22/24），고우대조조적70.83%（17/24），P＜0.05，차이구유통계학의의。결론대간절제수술환자위수술기실시종합호리능구유효축단수술시간화주원시간，제고환자적만의도。
Objective Observation of liver resection perioperative implements comprehensive clinical efficacy and patient satisfaction with care. MethodsSelected 48 cases who underwent liver resection liver disease in our hospital, were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, each group had 24 cases. Administered to the control group of patients need routine care, the observation group were given comprehensive care, Two groups of patients for surgery and hospital stay and patient satisfaction after treatment groups were compared.Results The observation group were operative time and hospital stay were (60.4±9.7)minutes and ( 5.3±0.8 ) days, Controls operation time and hospital stay were ( 99.6±13.8 ) minutes and ( 7.5±1.2 ) days,P<0.05, had difference statistically significance. Patient satisfaction after treatment observation group was 90.32% ( 22/24 ) higher than the 70.83% ( 17/24 ),P<0.05, had difference statistically significance.Conclusion Liver resection perioperative implementation of integrated care can shorten operation time and hospital stay and improve patient satisfaction.
