目的：分析在小儿顽固性咳嗽治疗中，中药加盐酸氨溴索雾化的临床效果。方法选取我院2012年11月～2014年10月收治的40例顽固性咳嗽患儿为研究对象，随机将患儿均分为观察组和对照组，对照组行退热、消炎等常规治疗，观察组行中药加盐酸氨溴索雾化治疗，比较两组患儿的治疗效果。结果经过系统的治疗，治疗效果比较观察组优于对照组，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论在小儿顽固性咳嗽的临床治疗中，中药加盐酸氨溴索雾化治疗能够有效提高治疗效果。

목적：분석재소인완고성해수치료중，중약가염산안추색무화적림상효과。방법선취아원2012년11월～2014년10월수치적40례완고성해수환인위연구대상，수궤장환인균분위관찰조화대조조，대조조행퇴열、소염등상규치료，관찰조행중약가염산안추색무화치료，비교량조환인적치료효과。결과경과계통적치료，치료효과비교관찰조우우대조조，P＜0.05，차이구유통계학의의。결론재소인완고성해수적림상치료중，중약가염산안추색무화치료능구유효제고치료효과。
Objective Analysis in children with intractable cough, Chinese medicine and the clinical effect of ambroxol atomization.Methods Selected 40 cases of intractable cough in children from November 2012 to October 2014 in our hospital as the object, randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, the control group adopt antipyretic, anti-inflammatory and other conventional treatment, the observation group were treated with Chinese medicine plus mucosolvan nebulization therapy, compared therapeutic effect of two groups.Results After treatment, the effect of treatment was better than the control group,P<0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance.Conclusion The clinical treatment of children with intractable cough, atomizing ambroxol plus traditional Chinese medicine treatment can effectively improve the treatment effect.
