目的：分析疏血通注射液联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗塞的临床效果。方法将60例急性脑梗塞随机分为对照组与观察组，各30例。对照组使用疏血通注射液治疗，观察组使用疏血通注射液联合依达拉奉治疗，对比两组患者治疗前后的神经功能缺损评分情况。结果治疗前，两组患者的神经功能缺损评分对比，P＞0.05，差异不具有统计学意义；治疗后，观察组神经功能缺损评分为（10.23±3.12）分，低于对照组的（14.32±4.34）分，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论使用疏血通注射液联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗塞，可有效改善患者的神经功能缺损情况，起到良好治疗效果。
목적：분석소혈통주사액연합의체랍봉치료급성뇌경새적림상효과。방법장60례급성뇌경새수궤분위대조조여관찰조，각30례。대조조사용소혈통주사액치료，관찰조사용소혈통주사액연합의체랍봉치료，대비량조환자치료전후적신경공능결손평분정황。결과치료전，량조환자적신경공능결손평분대비，P＞0.05，차이불구유통계학의의；치료후，관찰조신경공능결손평분위（10.23±3.12）분，저우대조조적（14.32±4.34）분，P＜0.05，차이구유통계학의의。결론사용소혈통주사액연합의체랍봉치료급성뇌경새，가유효개선환자적신경공능결손정황，기도량호치료효과。
Objective Analysis clinical effect of Shuxuetong injection combine with edaravone in treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods Selected 60 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, each group had 30 cases. The control group adopts shuxuetong injection treatment, the observation group uses shuxuetong injection combined with edaravone treatment, compared two groups of patients before and after treatment of neurological deifcit score situation. Results Before treatment, neurological deifcit scores compared two groups of patients,P>0.05, had no difference statistically signiifcance, after treatment, observation group of patients with neurological deifcit score was (10.23±3.12) points, lower than the control group (14.32±4.34) points,P<0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance. ConclusionShuxuetong injection combine with edaravone treatment of acute cerebral infarction can effectively improve the patient's neurological deifcit, on the patient's condition to play a good therapeutic effect.
