本文对我国正在建设的北斗卫星导航系统的概况进行了介绍，根据北斗系统的主要功能及地震监测特点，探讨了该系统应用于地震监测的方法，并给出了基本的应用方案，最后对北斗卫星导航系统在地震监测中的应用前景进行了展望。

This paper introduces the general situation of the Beidou satellite navigation system which is under construc?tion in our country. According to the main function of Beidou system and the characteristics of earthquake monitoring, this paper discusses the method of applying the system to earthquake monitoring,and proposed the basic application scheme,and finally made a prospect of the application of eidou satellite navigation system in earthquake monitoring.
