目的：研究中西医结合防治难治性、复发性消化性溃疡的临床效果。方法：112例难治性、复发性溃疡性患者随机分为观察组和对照组各56例，对照组采用常规西药治疗，观察组在对照组基础上口服中成药荆花胃康胶丸，比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果：观察组总有效率显著高于对照组（P=0.04535<0.05）。结论：中西医结合治疗难治性、复发性消化性溃疡具有较好疗效，能提高临床有效率，降低复发率。

목적：연구중서의결합방치난치성、복발성소화성궤양적림상효과。방법：112례난치성、복발성궤양성환자수궤분위관찰조화대조조각56례，대조조채용상규서약치료，관찰조재대조조기출상구복중성약형화위강효환，비교량조환자적치료효과。결과：관찰조총유효솔현저고우대조조（P=0.04535<0.05）。결론：중서의결합치료난치성、복발성소화성궤양구유교호료효，능제고림상유효솔，강저복발솔。
Objective:To study the clinical effect of integrated Chinese and western medicine treating refractory and recurrent peptic ulcer. Methods:112 cases of refractory and recurrence of ulcer were randomly divided into observation group and control group with each of 56 cases, control group was treated with conventional western medicine, based on which observation group with oral Chinese patent medicine, Jinghua Weikang pill, to com-pare therapeutic effect of the two groups. Results:The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group (P=0.04535<0.05). Conclusion:Integrated Chinese and Western medicine treating refractory and recurrent peptic ulcer has good effect, and can improve the clinical effective rate, reduce the recurrence rate.
