糖尿病性视网膜病变(diabetic retinopathy,DR)是视网膜微血管系统疾病,是糖尿病的严重并发症之一。目前,严格的血糖和血压控制、激光光凝、局部注射糖皮质激素、玻璃体切割、抗血管内皮生长因子(anti-vascular endothelial growth factor)等已成为治疗DR的主要措施,然而上述预防和治疗方法均有其局限性和副作用,如何在糖尿病视网膜病变早期就发现视网膜异常尤其重要,而多焦视网膜电图(multifocal electroretinogram,mfERG)作为一种新的视觉电生理测量技术,可以评估DR的发生和/或预测的DR的进展。本文将就其研究进展进行简要综述。
糖尿病性視網膜病變(diabetic retinopathy,DR)是視網膜微血管繫統疾病,是糖尿病的嚴重併髮癥之一。目前,嚴格的血糖和血壓控製、激光光凝、跼部註射糖皮質激素、玻璃體切割、抗血管內皮生長因子(anti-vascular endothelial growth factor)等已成為治療DR的主要措施,然而上述預防和治療方法均有其跼限性和副作用,如何在糖尿病視網膜病變早期就髮現視網膜異常尤其重要,而多焦視網膜電圖(multifocal electroretinogram,mfERG)作為一種新的視覺電生理測量技術,可以評估DR的髮生和/或預測的DR的進展。本文將就其研究進展進行簡要綜述。

Diabetic retinopathy (DR) is a retinal microvascular disease, which is one of the serious complications of diabetes. At present, strict con-trol of blood sugar and blood pressure, laser photocoagulation, local injection of corticosteroids, vitrectomy, anti-vascular endothelial growth factor become the main measures of treatment of DR. However, the prevention and treatment methods have their limitations and side effects, how to find retina exception is particularly important in the early years of the DR, and the multifocal electroretinogram (mfERG) as a new kind of visual electro-physiological measurement technology, use CRT stimulator to stimulate the retina graphics reflecting the signal characteristics of each tiny partial ret-inal. For early diagnosis of diabetic retinopathy, mfERG is of great value, which can assess the occurrence of DR and/or predict progress of diabetic retinopathy. This article would review the research process of the mfERG in DR.
