目的:研究肺癌患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群和双阴性T淋巴细胞(double-negative T-cell, DNT)的变化及其临床意义。方法收集我院2013年7月至2014年7月收治的120例肺癌患者作为肺癌组,选择同期健康体检者80例作为对照组。采用FC500流式细胞仪检测受检者的外周血CD3+、CD4+、CD8+T淋巴细胞和DNT细胞的表达水平,并对数据进行统计学分析。结果肺癌患者的CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+T淋巴细胞数量均显著低于对照组,而CD8+T淋巴细胞数量显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05);肺癌患者DNT细胞数量显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肺癌患者DNT细胞及T淋巴细胞亚群数量明显改变,提示肺癌患者存在免疫功能紊乱。

목적:연구폐암환자외주혈T림파세포아군화쌍음성T림파세포(double-negative T-cell, DNT)적변화급기림상의의。방법수집아원2013년7월지2014년7월수치적120례폐암환자작위폐암조,선택동기건강체검자80례작위대조조。채용FC500류식세포의검측수검자적외주혈CD3+、CD4+、CD8+T림파세포화DNT세포적표체수평,병대수거진행통계학분석。결과폐암환자적CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+T림파세포수량균현저저우대조조,이CD8+T림파세포수량현저고우대조조,차이균유통계학의의(P균<0.05);폐암환자DNT세포수량현저고우대조조,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론폐암환자DNT세포급T림파세포아군수량명현개변,제시폐암환자존재면역공능문란。
Objective To study the changes of T lymphocyte subsets and double-negative T-cell (DNT) in peripheral blood of patients with lung cancer and its clinical significance. Methods 120 cases patients with lung cancer(lung cancer group) and 80 cases healthy people(control group) were collected in our hospital from July 2013 to July 2014. The cell count of CD3+, CD4+, CD8+and DNT cells in peripheral blood of lung cancer group and control group were measured by FC500 flow cytometry. All data were analyzed statistically. Results The cell count of CD3+, CD4+and CD4+/CD8+in lung cancer group were all lower than those of control group, and the cell count of CD8+was higher than that of control group, the differences all had statistical significance (Pall<0.05). The cell count of DNT in lung cancer group was higher than that of control group, and the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion The cell count of DNT and T lymphocyte subsets in patients with lung cancer are significantly changed , which indicated that there are immune function disorders in patients with lung cancer.
