近些年随着对类风湿关节炎(RA)诊治水平的进步,特别是生物制剂的应用明显改善了RA患者的预后.但是在治疗的同时会有副作用,尤其是感染的风险,所以有必要不断探索新的治疗方式,寄生虫疗法就是其中之一.大量的动物实验和临床研究证实了以寄生虫为基础的治疗方法在RA中有治疗潜力.通过研究寄生虫对机体的免疫调节作用以及诱导免疫耐受的机制,进一步探索这种生物治疗调节免疫系统的方式.这将有助于创造治疗RA的新型药物.

Along with the progress of the diagnosis and treatment of rheumatoid arthritis (RA),especially with the application of biological agents,the prognosis of RA patients has obviously been improved in recent years.However,at the same time,patients have to face corresponding adverse effects,especially the increasing risk of infection.Therefore,it is necessary to explore new ways of treatment-parasite therapy is one of them.A large number of animal experiments and clinical studies have confirmed the parasite's potential in the treatment of RA.By studying the immunomodulatory effects of parasite and the induction of immune tolerance mechanism,we can explore the way by which this biological treatment adjusts the immune system.These studies will be helpful to create new drugs for the treatment of RA.
