对龙钢烟煤、泰和兰炭及二者以不同比例(兰炭加入比例分别为30%、40%、50%)混合的试样的爆炸性、着火点、灰熔点及可磨性指数进行研究。分析了5种方案试样的冶金性能和对高炉喷吹性能的影响。兰炭的加入,可以使煤的爆炸性减弱,着火点降低,可磨性指数提高,灰熔点略降。结果表明,泰和兰炭与龙钢烟煤以3∶7混合时效果最佳,可以获得更优良的冶金性能。

Analyzing the Longgang bituminous coal , semi-coke and two in different proportion ( semi-coke join proportion are 30%, 40%, 50%) mixed samples of explosibility , ignition, ash melting point and index .The metallurgical properties of five kinds of solution sample were studied , and the af-fect on the performance of blast furnace injection was studied .The results show that through the addi-tion of semi-coke, the coal explosibility is weakened , ignition temperature is decreased , grindability index is increased , and ash melting point is lowered slightly .Moreover when mixed semi -coke with Longgang bituminous coal to 3∶7 , the effect is best , can obtain more excellent metallurgical proper-ties.
