目的：比较四种含铜宫内节育器(IUD,下同)避孕效果。方法将400例适用人群随机分成四组,分别放置元宫型、吉妮环、MCu375型、TCu220随访12个月,对其避孕效果、带器妊娠、脱落、因症取出、非因症取出和续用率进行观察、对比、评价。结果12月累计续用率吉妮环最高、元宫型环稍高、MCu375型其次、TCu220最低,脱落率和带器妊娠率吉妮环最低、元宫型环稍低、MCu375型其次、TCu220最高。结论含铜宫内节育器高效、长效、安全、可逆、简便、经济而被适用人群接受,值得推广使用,加强随访。

Objective Comparing the contraceptive ef ect of four kinds of copper containing intrauterine devices (IUD, the same below). Methods Randomly divide 400 cases into four groups, put ML、GeneFex、MCu375 and TCu220.They are fol owed up for 12 months ,The ef ect of contraception, pregnancy, shedding, the removal of the disease, the removal of the disease and the rate of continued use were observed, compared and evaluated.Results In 12 months, accumulate the continuous use rates, GeneFex is the most, the second is ML, the third is TCu375, the forth isTCu220.As to the obscission and the implement pregnancy rates, GeneFex is the lowest, ML is the second and the third is MCu375, the highest is TCu220.Conclusion Containing copper intrauterine device is highly ef ective, long-term, safe, reversible, simple, economic and is applied to the crowd, it is worth promoting the use, strengthen fol ow-up.
