随着经济的不断发展，未被满足的社会需求亟待被发掘，从而为企业发展提供新的机遇。从企业角度探讨社会创新模式，是释放社会创新中企业群体能量的重要路径，对于企业发展有重要意义，对社会问题的突破与解决也大有裨益。在既有研究基础上提出“蜜蜂型企业”社会创新的维度，试图构建以“蜜蜂型企业”为主体的社会创新路径，并建立相应模型，选取“蜜蜂型企业”的社会创新案例进行验证和探讨。分析并评估社会创新模式，阐述如何效仿与传递这些模式，对于社会问题的解决和企业创新发展有一定指导意义。

With the continuous development of economy ,is urgent to discover the unmet social needs ,it provides a new an‐gel and view for the development of the enterprise .From the perspective of enterprise to explore social innovation model , is an important path to release the energy of enterprise group in social innovation ,and has an important significance to the development of enterprises ,also applies to breakthrough and solving social problem .We considering the dimensions of in‐novation of "Bee Enterprises"on the basis of the research in this paper ,trying to construct a social innovation path that "bee enterprises"as the main body ,and established the corresponding model ,select the social innovation cases of "bee en‐terprises" ,then verify and discuss these cases .Analysis and evaluate the social innovation model ,elaborated how to follow and pass these patterns .It has certain guiding significance to solve the urgent social problem and the innovation develop‐ment of the enterprise .
